BET.com--Oprah Winfrey and Rihanna will come together not in the U.S., but in Barbados for an exclusive airing of "Oprah's Next Chapter."
The "Loud" and "Talk That Talk" diva will sit down for the previously teased interview detailing life, music, family, and possibly love.
"She is a bona fide global phenomenon," reports OWN. "Five Grammys. Eleven number one singles. Now Oprah and Rihanna on her home island of Barbados where it all began."
Rihanna's exclusive sit-down will open an all-new season of "Oprah's Next Chapter," which has brought in record ratings for OWN. Rihanna follows the Kardashian Family, Bobbi Kristina and the Houston family, Katherine Jackson, 50 Cent, Paula Deen, Steven Tyler, Joel Osteen, T.D. Jakes and more appearing as a guest with Oprah.
Additional information is expected in the coming weeks detailing what is sure to be an anticipated interview.
"Oprah's Next Chapter" returns Sunday, August 19 at 9/8c on OWN.
