The hatred, envy, and jealousy that goes on within families is not unsual. It is only when they get to the point of killing each other that we become alarmed. My oldest child is over 40 years old and was hanging out with the wrong crowd when she was a teenager, there wasn't much I could do to control her so I just prayed that God would help me to deal with it until she became eighteen. She is now a mother and devoted church goer, who has never even thought about apologizing for her past actions.

Siebra, how ironic it is taht you have posted this...it is like you have been reading my mind since my mind went to things like tis when I read about the spare th rod blog...but, I resisted taht "here comes Irma again, sister Cynthia (love you much)...
any way, I was thinking about how back in teh day, we as children only had rights that our parents gave us (but back then parents and chldren were working so hard until we had little time to do anything unlawful. lol
WE WOULD NEVER EVEN THINK ABOUT TAKING A GUN TO SCHOOL
A PARENT WOULD NEVER HAVE HAD ANY REASONTO SAY, "I AM AFRAID OF MY CHILD
I AM AFRAID MY CHILD WILL REPORT ME TO THE POLICE THAT I HAVE VIOLATED THEIR CIVIL, LEGAL RIGHTS FOR KICKING MY AZZ RATHING THAN KICKING MY AZZ OUT INTO THE STREETS FOR NO OBEYING THE HOUSE RULES THAT MADE IT A HOME...

Time our...put them on rittling...pleae just give me that switch...which reminds me of how when you got sent out to get the swithc to get your whipping from off the tree or what ever ...if you got a thin one it would sting like hell...if you got a big one it would hurt like hell...but going to get it always gave one time to think about why the whipping was in your future and if you wanted it (what ever it was you had done) in your life again because it was worth it...
