SOMETHING FOR ALL BROTHERS AND SISTERS TO CONSIDER...WHO WOULD BENEFIT MOST? (571 hits)

Peace To All,

It has come to my attention that most of us do not pay close attention to past events in history to understand what is happening to the “haves, the have-nots, the middle class and the poor” regarding how we all are living the way we are and what the future will hold for all of us. Consider these points:

1. If most of the jobs in America were reduced to minimum wage, which group of people would benefit?

2. If all clothing retail stores raised their prices to a level that would be beyond most people’s price range, who would suffer the most?

3. If the largest oil and gas fields in the world were taken over by the major powers in the world, which group would benefit the least?

4. If both major political powers in the United States ceased to curry votes from the least empowered peoples in this country, which political power would benefit most?

5. If the least empowered peoples in the United States ceased to depend on the political powers and began to endorse those persons in their own races who would strive to help theirs and like same situations, who would benefit most?

The underlying point to this blog is that we will HAVE to educate ourselves to the point of understanding how the world works. We must arrive at the conclusion that being poor is not an incurable disease. We must develop our minds to the point that we will be able to control our own destiny.

I welcome all feedback, thank you in advance.

Peace!

Here's my answers:

1. The wealthy. The wealthy would pay the poor minimum wages, provide no reasonable medical insurance, tax the wages earned, would not maintain healthy working conditions and replace one worker with another if the first worker complained about the conditions under which all were working.

2. The poor. Wal-Mart would enjoy the wind fall.

3. The super wealthy. The reason(s) for this answer should be obvious.

4. Both political powers would not appreciate any loss in control of law making, power broking or repercussions from the ignoring of the disadvantaged populace-this happens already. Political lobbyists, champagne contributors, etc. Renders the poor to non-entities.

5. The poor. The question that would arise would be, “how can we be sure these people will truly represent the poor in a way that is beneficial?” The answer would be you cannot be sure. You do, however, have subsequent elections that reoccur which can make a difference. I also add ignorance and education. If you cannot read and reason you are doomed to the manipulations of others.

There is little more to be said here but that's my short take...I'll be back...
